Free reading in Copenhagen

There are several newspapers, magazine and cards distributed freely in the city.
You will find them in metro stops, at the airport in cafés and bars and often abandoned on trains.

Newspapers
Urban
Metro Xpress
24 Timer
These three newspapers are very similar and equally poor in content and graphics. They often share the same distribution stands in metro stations. 24timer and Metro Xpress are in fact from the same editor, while Urban is part of the Berlingske Media group.

Monthly magazines
KBH magasinet
This is absolutely the best free magazine I've ever seen for graphics and content. Unfortunately in october 2010 they published the last printed version of the magazine, number 57.Due to the lack on funds and sponsors they were forced to stop. The magazine continues online ... although it is not the same thing.

Weekly magazines
Copenhagen Post
This is a nice weekly paper which is completely written in english and destined mostly to the foreigners. Graphically could be nicer, but it is a minor complaint.

Cards/Postcards
Go-Cards
These cards are great because they allow young artists to be published for free. So often the best cards are not the ones sponsoring a product, but the ones made by an artist. Check always the back of the card to see who has designed it.
Free-Cards
Very similar to the Go-Cards with the exception that they do not publish young artists for free,
